Do you have it in stock ?
Yes, we have stock in the warehouse, although as all product is imported we occasionally may have a gap in supply. In this case we will contact you to offer a substitute if one is available.
Do you back order ?
If you do want a product backordered we can do that, and phone you when it arrives to check before we send it you that you still need it. Seasonal product like Halloween, St Patrick Day and Christmas we forward sell and dispatch on arrival.
Same day service?
Our courier can deliver to urban addresses in most North Island towns 1-2 days South Island 2-3 days.
Can I return product if I am not happy?
Please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act , and items must be returned within 14 days with copy of the invoice and reasons for return.
How much will freight cost ?
We charge you for freight. For account customers only, orders over $500.00 are sent to you Freight-free.
Is GST included ?
No, this is a wholesale company and we add 15% GST to the sub-total of the invoice.
